Primary Services is actively recruiting for an Executive Administrative Assistant to support the President and CEO of a major organization. You will manage executive-level operations and communications in this role, exemplifying professionalism, discretion, and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and calls, ensuring time is effectively allocated and conflicts are resolved.
- Plan, organize, and execute arrangements for business meetings, including preparing and distributing materials and taking minutes.
- Prepare documents, presentations, reports, agendas, and communications for internal and external distribution.
- Evaluate and prioritize incoming calls and communications; respond or refer as appropriate.
- Organize domestic and international travel for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Monitor expenses and prepare and process detailed expense reports.
- Handle sensitive matters with utmost confidentiality and discretion, protecting company and personal information.
- Provide administrative and operational support for various office activities, including vendor coordination and supply management.
- Proactively recommend improvements to enhance workflow and administrative processes.
