Primary Services is excited to announce the role of HR Coordinator - Workday for a prestigious client in the automotive industry. This position is crucial in administering group benefits programs and ensuring compliance, efficiency, and employee support. This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise in benefits administration while working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Responsibilities:
- Research and resolve benefits-related issues.
- Ensure benefits programs align with corporate and HR strategies and comply with federal regulations.
- Audit all benefit plans to ensure compliance and timely vendor payments.
- Maintain and update enrollment documents, materials, and summary plan descriptions (SPDs).
- Prepare correspondence, expense reports, presentations, and spreadsheets; edit for punctuation and grammar; coordinate and process all mail merge projects.
- Manage general inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or in person, requiring knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures.
- Investigate claim issues and facilitate claim resolution with employees and carriers.
- Process medical support orders.
- Maintain information on the company’s benefits intranet site.
- Coordinate and assist during acquisitions.
- Serve as the primary contact for wellness initiatives.
- Assist management in identifying opportunities for continual process improvement.
- Support major projects such as open enrollment, system conversions, and plan updates.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Benefits experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Access is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with employees at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
