Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Indirect Sourcing Specialist - IT Procurement to lead strategic sourcing initiatives, vendor management, and contract negotiations for IT-related products and services. This role will focus on optimizing procurement processes, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic IT sourcing plans for hardware, software, cloud services, and professional IT solutions.
- Conduct vendor evaluations , negotiate contracts, and manage third-party risk & compliance .
- Optimize Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems to improve procurement workflows.
- Lead RFP processes , vendor negotiations, and contract execution to secure favorable terms.
- Foster collaboration across legal, finance, IT, and procurement teams to align with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal procurement policies.
- Continuously assess market trends and vendor performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
