Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Project Coordinator - Salesforce for our client in the renewable energy sector. This role offers the opportunity to engage in the full lifecycle of national project development, collaborate with a talented and diverse team, and support a growing portfolio of clean energy initiatives. Leverage your expertise in Salesforce administration and project management while helping shape the future of sustainable energy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Salesforce administration, including user management, system configuration, data maintenance, and report generation.
- Develop and implement Salesforce maintenance processes and documentation, continuously improving workflows and system procedures.
- Facilitate formal training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of Salesforce and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce tools into daily operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct QA/QC to ensure accuracy and consistency of data across the project portfolio.
- Support the integration of Salesforce with other software, tools, and applications used across the organization.
- Provide project scheduling support to Project Developers, including task prioritization, deadline management, and critical path monitoring.
- Create dashboards and data solutions to inform Project Developers on task priorities, schedule risks, and key deadlines.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and routine reports for management and headquarters.
- Coordinate project information and support enhanced collaboration between the Development and Execution teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; experience in renewable energy, real estate, GIS, development, or business consulting is a plus.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce data management, including system configuration, reporting, and process automation.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization. Experience with PowerBI, Microsoft Business Central, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management principles, including schedule risk and critical path analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong focus on process improvement and timely decision-making.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a talent for training and team collaboration.
