We are currently seeking experienced Project Managers with LNG industry experience to support our leading EPC firm. This role offers the opportunity to oversee complex LNG projects, including liquefaction, storage, truck transfer, and vaporization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project execution, engineering oversight, and client relationship management, driving successful outcomes in high-profile LNG projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring project objectives align with expectations.
- Oversee all aspects of LNG projects, including design, execution, budget, and schedule management.
- Lead project teams in reviewing equipment and system design, procurement, and operational specifications.
- Coordinate internal and external resources, including team leads, construction managers, and commissioning teams.
- Provide field commissioning and troubleshooting support during LNG plant startup and operations.
- Conduct project meetings and report progress, status, and budget to senior management and clients.
- Maintain technical proficiency in LNG industry codes and standards, including 49 CFR193, NFPA 59A, ASME B31.3, and BPVC Section VIII.
- Develop cost estimates and proposals in response to client requests.
- Review calculations, equipment specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Travel to project sites approximately 10-15% of the time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
- 10 years of experience in project management within LNG, cryogenics, natural gas, petrochemical, oil, or power systems.
- Hands-on field experience with equipment installation, operation, or troubleshooting.
- Experience specifying and managing pumps, compressors, valves, heat exchangers, heaters, coolers, boilers, or pressure vessels.
- Strong understanding of industry codes and technical standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
- P.E. License highly desired.
