Responsibilities:

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a professional and welcoming environment.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and coordinating office activities.
- Support administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, order necessary materials, and ensure common areas are well-stocked.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
