Primary Services is actively recruiting for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support a large organization expanding its operations in Plaquemines Parish, LA. This role is critical in talent acquisition, compliance, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-growth industrial settings and a strategic mindset focused on innovative HR solutions that enhance company culture and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the HR point of contact for the Plaquemines facility.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including creating job descriptions, sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leadership and employees on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
- Advise on compliance and employment law matters to ensure adherence to federal and local regulations.
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Administer HR and benefits programs, ensuring accessibility and engagement.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company culture while maintaining compliance with legal requirements.
Qualifications
- 10 years of HR generalist experience, with a strong understanding of HR’s impact on business success.
- 3 years of talent acquisition experience in a high-growth environment, including job mapping, interview process management, and offer presentation.
- Industrial or manufacturing HR experience preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and organization.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to coach employees and leaders on effective workplace interactions.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to HR challenges.
- Experience with modern ATS and HRIS platforms; Greenhouse and/or ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus.

Salary : $145,000 - $165,000
