This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing plans, evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for IT-related products and services.
- Identify and assess potential vendors based on organizational requirements.
- Monitor market trends, technological advancements, and vendor landscapes to drive cost savings and improvements.
- Conduct thorough vendor evaluations, including financial stability, reputation, service quality, and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to define vendor selection criteria.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms, including pricing, SLAs, warranties, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure contracts are comprehensive, legally sound, and aligned with organizational policies.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect business interests.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for vendor management issues, fostering strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular vendor meetings to review performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) preferred.
- Proven experience in IT strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of IT procurement processes, including hardware, software, cloud services, and professional services.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex situations and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
