The successful candidate will be key in driving cost savings, ensuring supplier compliance, and enhancing overall supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sourcing & Procurement: Lead the sourcing process, including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, to identify and onboard the best suppliers for company needs.
- Contract Negotiation & Management: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure the best value while mitigating risk.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to drive performance, innovation, and cost efficiencies.
- Data Analysis & Cost Optimization: Conduct spend analysis, market research, and cost modeling to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Procurement Operations: Utilize procurement platforms such as SAP, Coupa, and GEP to manage purchase orders, invoicing, and supplier data.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure supplier compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, legal, operations, and engineering teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, finance, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proven experience with procurement tools such as SAP, GEP, Coupa, and Ariba.
- Strong knowledge of contract negotiation, supplier management, and cost reduction strategies.
- Key Skills:
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze spend data, market trends, and supplier performance metrics.
- Negotiation & Communication: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and suppliers.
- Project Management: Experience managing procurement projects, RFPs, and vendor selection processes.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify process inefficiencies and develop strategic solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to manage contracts, compliance, and supplier agreements.
- Technology Proficiency: Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and procurement platforms (Coupa, GEP, Ariba).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) are a plus.
- Experience in global sourcing and procurement strategies.
- Familiarity with supply chain risk management and ESG procurement initiatives.
