Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for hardware, software, cloud services, and professional IT solutions.
- Evaluate and manage vendor performance, ensuring third-party risk and compliance are thoroughly assessed.
- Optimize Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems to improve procurement workflows.
- Lead RFP processes, negotiate vendor contracts, and execute agreements to secure favorable terms.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, IT, and procurement teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal procurement policies.
- Monitor market trends and vendor performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) preferred.
- Proven experience in IT strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of IT procurement processes, including hardware, software, cloud services, and professional IT services.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex procurement challenges.
