As a Billing Associate, you will assist with billing processes and support the team in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for customers.
Responsibilities:
- Review and address billing exceptions, ensuring accuracy in the customer billing system.
- Assist with processing service orders and investigating billing discrepancies.
- Support the resolution of customer inquiries, including bill adjustments, rate changes, and follow-up items.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to resolve billing inconsistencies.
- Input payment history and other financial data into customer accounts.
- Help inform customers of payment deadlines and assist with payment-related questions.
- Generate invoices and other billing materials for customers.
- Track and calculate financial information as needed.
Qualifications:
- General understanding of billing or accounting practices preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP or experience preferred.
- Technical ability to utilize various software systems.
