Summary of the role:
As a vital member of the Greenville, South Carolina Water Design Center for our client, this Building Information Modeling (BIM) Project Lead will lead a production team responsible for coordinating drawing production efforts for Greenville Water Design Center. The BIM Lead will collaborate with engineers, designers, and other BIM technicians to produce drawings and manage workload on various Water Business Line projects. The BIM Lead will
also be responsible for coordinating BIM workload with other teams, including our client Central Water Design Center.

Responsibilities:
- Planning, managing and executing BIM workload
- Supervising and inspiring a multi-discipline group of technicians and designers to
execute water and sewer projects - Developing 3D BIM Revit models
- Creating plans, sections, and details in Revit and AutoCAD software
- Team Building, including recruiting, development and mentorship
- Arranging necessary resources for file sharing and communication to effectively share design files across the company or with clients, sub consultants, and contractors.
- Maintaining strong communication with engineers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects and avoid any potential project conflicts
- Quality program compliance, including QA/QC to ensure all projects adhere to company standards
- Standards or tools development, procurement, and training
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in CAD or similar 2-year degree
- Experience with multi-discipline CAD (i.e. piping, structural, electrical, I&C, controls,mechanical, HVAC, process)
- Experience with architectural, industrial and commercial designs
- Experience with Revit (Strongly preferred)
- Experience in the Water/Waterwatse field (Strongly preferred)
