Overview:
Developer will join the Global SFDC/CRM/CPQ Team as an individual contributor to support the CRM applications for the Field Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Sales Management, Product Management, Legal, and Finance business functions. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the Quote to Cash process with advance experience in complex projects and configurations, scripting languages, and is able to work independently once provided direction and objectives. This role will be working with the Business users and IT team members to configure, design, and deliver solutions that enable sales automated processes and support the execution of Customer Relationship Management strategies.
Responsibilities include:
* Works closely with the business functions such as Field Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Sales Management, Product Management, Legal, and Finance to understand ongoing maintenance, enhancements, project requirements and capabilities. * Document implementation plan, technical design and solutions * Identifies and evaluates best practices related to the use of tools both internally and externally and makes recommendations to management for incorporation into existing tool functionality. * Stays abreast of the trends in technology in support of CRM, including newly developed enhancements and capabilities * Designs and develops configurations and custom applications in a sandbox environment. * Enhance commerce pricing/approval functions to support an evolving global business * Build reporting metrics * Design, implement, and support document output from CPQ to meet all business and legal rules * Support and enhance integration CPQ integration to SFDC CRM and Oracle ERP * Tests and validates functionality and integrity of the changes before moving to production. * Ensures systems work optimally together in a seamless fashion * Keep CPQ version upgraded to the most appropriate version * Incorporates industry standard user interface design that is intuitive, simple and easy to use. * Designs data integrity protocols to prevent data entry errors to ensure data quality. Minimum Requirements * Bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience in healthcare, business, computer science, education, or other relevant field. * 5 - 7 years of relevant experience * Minimum of 3 years of cloud application experience * Minimum of 5 years of Java and other scripting language experience. BML experience desirable.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Deep understanding of CRM and Q2C process. * Detailed understanding of and experience with Salesforce.com CRM as well as other cloud applications such as BigMachines. Production and sandbox design and development experience is required; prefer experience configuring and supporting other Salesforce.com AppExchange applications. * Experience having worked functionally across the organization to ensure global alignment on the use and impact of any changes in Salesforce and supporting systems. * Understands system infrastructure, and master data models. Experienced in migration of design and data elements from sandbox to production. * Experience implementing WebService SOAP calls in Oracle CPQ (BigMachines) to handle unique or complex requirements * Experience having led complex systems projects and project groups. * Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to lead cross functional teams * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall software development methodology. * Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. * A Certificate in any of the following is a plus: Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Salesforce.com, Bigmachines. * Oracle EBS, Siebel, SalesLogix, Oracle CPQ (Big Machines), Eloqua, Xactly Incent, Calidus, or Varicent knowledge a plus
