Primary Talent Partners has a 10-month contract opening for an HR Systems & Integration Specialis t to join an airline company for an onsite position in Atlanta, GA.

Pay : $65.00 / hr - $70.00 / hr

Contract : 10 months, extensions likely, conversion possible

Type : W-2, cannot support C2C or provide visa sponsorship

Job Description :

Leverage expertise to effectively communicate and collaborate cross functionally (e.g., HR, HRSD, HRIT, Divisional IT, Divisional Customers) throughout all project life cycles (e.g., Requirements, Realization / Build Iterations, Testing Iterations, Deployment and Support)
Key contributor in business technology and integrations workstreams for HR projects by collaborating with many teams including networking, database, storage / backup, development, IT operations, and business operations to resolve complex escalations / issues involving multiple processes / systems, including analysis to identify root cause and ideate viable solutions.
Solutions Options / Recommendations, Data / Root Cause Analysis and Reporting via written and verbal presentations : ability to share and connect across all levels (e.g., Governance-SteerCo(s), Controls-PMO, and Implementation-Project team members).

Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

A high level of discretion and responsibility when it comes to handling sensitive information

some flexibility with hours may be needed to accommodate project testing.

Qualifications :

Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority.

5 years experience and deep understanding of enterprise HR, Time Management, Scheduling and Payroll Systems

Extensive knowledge of HR processes and data integration architecture

Action Oriented : Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.

Drives Results : Consistently achieving results (even under tough circumstances) and successfully delivering solutions on an aggressive schedule

Optimizes Work Processes : Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvements.

Preferred : SAP, SuccessFactors, SCP, AWS, Kronos, and SaaS products

Preferred : High level of proficiency Features / Functions, End-to-end Configuration and / or Dev experience, and Integrations experience

Top 3 Skills Needed :
