Job Title: Marketing Assistant/Analyst V
Location: On-Site, Columbus, IN
Pay Range: $45/hr - $50/hr depending on experience, no PTO included, and an ACA-compliant supplemental package is available for enrollment while on contract.
Hours: Flexible to meet business needs (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 5 days per week; Option for 4 days of 10-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential sales opportunities in local, regional, and national markets.
- Gather and analyze competitor information to evaluate marketing methods and distribution strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to business leaders regarding factors affecting product/service sales.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies based on market analysis.
- Use Salesforce CRM to track and analyze customer data, providing actionable insights.
- Manage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and execute marketing strategies.
- Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and promotional materials.
- Contribute to the development of pricing strategies that balance firm objectives with customer satisfaction.
- Assist in sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the profitability of products and services.
- Provide clear, concise, and actionable communication to stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and progress.
- Monitor market trends and suggest adjustments to strategies as necessary to maintain competitive advantage.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in market analysis, project management, and marketing.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, including tracking, analyzing, and reporting customer data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Expertise in market analysis, lead generation, and sales forecasting.
- Solid understanding of pricing strategies and product promotion techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Proven experience in mentoring and supporting colleagues to develop marketing expertise.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role in the marketing industry.
- Familiarity with various media communication techniques, including digital marketing and advertising.
