Required Competencies
- Proven experience in content management, digital asset management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of brand guidelines, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) tools.
- Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Content Creation and Management:
- Develop, organize, and maintain modular content libraries to support the US brand teams.
- Ensure all content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with brand marketing teams, creative agencies, and other stakeholders to gather content requirements and feedback.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including legal, medical, and regulatory (MLR), to ensure content meets all compliance standards.
- Facilitate the review and approval process for new and updated content modules.
- Assist developing training materials on the use of modular content libraries.
- Act as a modular content SME for brand teams and MLR advisors.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for content-related issues.
- Identify opportunities for improving content management processes and systems.
- BA/BS degree required. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
