Primary Talent Partners has a new 12 month contract Operations Coordinator opening with a telecom client operating out of Columbia, MD. Contract renewal or direct-hire opportunities are dependent on performance and company budget.
Pay: $24 to $26/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment.
Schedule: Standard business hours, 100% onsite.
Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our Small Cell Construction Team. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects are executed on time and within scope by providing administrative, reporting, and operational support. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Small Cell Construction Team across multiple projects.
- Generate and manage special reporting for internal stakeholders and customers.
- Enter and update project data in PMT, CRM, and Smart Sheets.
- Create Purchase Orders (POs) using the JDE Financial System.
- Track project milestones and ensure timely follow-up to meet delivery timelines.
- Assist with access arrangements for major projects and maintain accurate logs of remote personnel.
- Prepare professional slide decks for Senior Management meetings.
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations, including supply inventory, facility maintenance, and visitor support.
- Take detailed notes during meetings and distribute meeting minutes.
- Provide general support for miscellaneous projects and reports as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years in an administrative, operations, or project management support role.
- Strong computer literacy with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Primarily office-based with some walking and sitting required.
- May involve coordination with off-site or remote personnel.
