Primary Talent Partners has a contract opening for a Project Manager of Integrated Content Delivery with our client in Lawrence Township, NJ. This is a 6-month contract to start with the potential for extensions.
Pay Rate: $75.00 - $80.00/hr. W2
The ideal candidate for this role will have over 4 years of experience with the following:
Our client in the process of transitioning its content creation, production, and deployment pipeline to one better adapted to the use of modular content. The central PMO for that project, sitting within an organization called Integrated Content Delivery, is interested in adding a team member in 2025 with the following expectations to provide overarching project management support. Today, the PMO team is split across three workstreams: (1) future state process development, (2) interim process development, and (3) transition management. Each of these workstreams has at least a partially dedicated team member leading the workstream, along with full-time overarching PMO leaders.

- Knowledge of marketing or marketing operations in the pharmaceutical industry, either directly at a pharmaceutical company or for an agency in a capacity that serves the pharmaceutical industry
- Project management experience, including keeping and managing a project plan. Agile or Jira is preferred.
- Experience working in large, complex organizations with large sets of stakeholders
- Strong organization skills
- Confidence interacting with leaders with wide-ranging responsibilities across the organization

Required Competencies:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or marketing operations; project management and/or business transformation experience is also valuable
- Knowledge of marketing or marketing operations in the pharmaceutical industry, either directly at a pharmaceutical company or for an agency in a capacity that serves the pharmaceutical industry
- Project management experience, including keeping and managing a project plan
- Experience working in large, complex organizations with large sets of stakeholders
- Strong organization skills
- Confidence interacting with leaders with wide-ranging responsibilities across the organization
- Experience with modular content
- Experience with project management or business transformation
- Keep and manage an overarching project plan, including tracking tasks, task owners and task status
- Document key questions and decisions
- Work with workstream leads to identify project dependencies and risks and capture additional tasks
- Note decisions and assist in follow-ups as the project progress
- Coordinate the development, collection and reporting of key performance metrics tracking the health of the overarching content pipeline
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
