Primary Talent Partners has a new 7-month contract opportunity for a Quality and Compliance Specialist.
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment.
- 100% remote, must be local to the US
Job Summary:
The role involves preparing and distributing field action customer notification letters and coordinating customer communications between field action teams, quality, customer service, and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with field action teams and global quality to ensure the completion of objectives
Write clear, comprehensive emails to internal and external stakeholders
Utilize customer order information and communication systems to update customer notification letters (CNL) with specific details
Monitor and reconcile CNL receipt and acknowledgments
Track and manage customer responses to notifications
Respond to customer inquiries or coordinate responses with technical resources, customer service, quality, and product management
Ensure accurate electronic tracking and storage of information for traceability
Notify the service organization of required field modifications and track their progress
Provide weekly status updates on assignments
Generate data reports related to CNL distribution as needed
Required Qualifications & Experience:
2 to 4 years of experience in a GMP or ISO quality system manufacturing environment
Strong ability to communicate across departments and functions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook)
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
General Health & Safety:
Adhere to all legal and company health & safety policies
Report and address any safety defects
