Responsibilities:
- Cell culture experience in fed-batch and perfusion (deep well plate, shake flasks, 3L bioreactors)
- Calibrate, QC, and maintain lab equipment, including cell culture analytical instruments, in proper working order
- Maintain appropriate record keeping, including accurate logbook entries for equipment maintenance
- Perform basic troubleshooting of lab equipment and manage equipment moves and disposal as needed
- Partner with external vendors to schedule preventative maintenance and repairs
- Author internal documents for use and maintenance of equipment
- Manage label preparation for samples across multiple labs
- Maintain inventory of consumables as well as chemical and reagent stocks
- Prepare and replenish stocks; order and track chemicals/reagents from suppliers
- Manage shipping activities for equipment and samples
- Comply with appropriate safety standards and GLP guidelines
- Flexible working schedule
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, biochemical engineering, biochemistry or related science with 1-3 years of experience in laboratory setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Experience with cell culture, bioreactor operations/control systems, and/or Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
