Primary Talent Partners has a new Supply Chain Coordinator role with our large pharmaceutical manufacturing client in the Torrance, CA area. This will be a 12 month, FT contract with high potential to extend and/or convert.
Pay: $23/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits
Schedule: M to F, 8am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and implementation of projects.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
- Liaise with functional leads to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants including external vendors.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute project-related reports and documentation.
- Coordinate and prioritize resources with functional leads as needed.
- Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Ensure all projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately.
- Maintain project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Identify and communicate any issues or problems that may arise during project execution.
- Implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office software and ERP system solutions (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Word, MS D365 or similar).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree, Project Management certification, or related field is preferred.
- Experience in a product manufacturing environment, including logistics is helpful
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
