Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and optimize work instructions and training content.
- Create pictorial content to facilitate execution of process.
- Observe execution of process and interview personnel to ensure Accuracy.
- Collaborate with teams and communicate effectively to obtain feedback
- Route documents for feedback and approval.
- Follow-up and track status.
- Publish reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Arts
- 2-5 years of relevant technical writing experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience Knowledge in creating pictorial documents.
- Investigation and root cause analysis skills.
- Process Validation and Computer software validation knowledge.
