Training Manager

Primary Talent Partners has a remote 6-Month Training Manager opening with one of our pharmaceutical clients based in Seattle, WA.

Pay: $60 to $64 per hour - No PTO/Benefits
Contract: 6 Months, potential for contract extension/conversion based on performance, budget, and business needs

Top Skills:

• 5 years of experience as a Training Manager for large-scale technology change implementations.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of training delivery, from training needs analysis to material development and facilitation.
• Experience in training for prompt design and familiarity with Generative AI tools is a strong plus.
  

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Training & Adoption Manager to lead the training efforts for a Large Language Model (LLM) and Generative AI project. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in training or change management, with expertise in analyzing training needs, developing comprehensive materials, and delivering training independently. Strong communication skills are essential, especially in translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Experience with prompt design training for chat-based tools is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and requirements for LLM-related workstreams.
• Develop engaging, effective training materials such as presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, tailored for diverse audiences.
• Facilitate independent training sessions, ensuring participants grasp and apply LLM and Generative AI concepts.
• Simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on training for prompt design, ensuring effective use of Generative AI tools.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to keep training materials accurate and aligned with project objectives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, adjusting as needed.
• Stay updated on advancements in LLM and Generative AI technologies to improve training content and delivery methods.
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Training or Change Manager on complex projects, preferably involving advanced technology.
• Strong background in training needs analysis, material development, and independent facilitation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in training for prompt design and familiarity with Generative AI tools is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other training technologies.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience as a Training Manager on large-scale technology programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications.
• Certification in training, instructional design, or a related field.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
• Experience with LLMs, such as using these technologies to create presentations or documentation.
