Contract Closeout Specialist (Mid-Level)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mid-Level Contract Closeout Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the successful and timely closure of government contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and oversee all aspects of contract closeout activities, including final invoice processing, property disposition, and documentation.

· Conduct thorough reviews of contract deliverables, financial records, and performance data.

· Identify and resolve any outstanding issues or discrepancies.

· Prepare and submit all required closeout documentation to the government.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all closeout activities.

· Collaborate with program managers, contracting officers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth closeout process.

· Stay abreast of relevant regulations and best practices in contract closeout.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

· 5-8 years of experience in government contracting, with a strong focus on contract closeout.

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

· In-depth knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and agency-specific regulations.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Security Clearance Required:

TS/SCI with ability to pass a polygraph test
