Contract Closeout Specialist (Mid-Level)
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mid-Level Contract Closeout Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the successful and timely closure of government contracts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee all aspects of contract closeout activities, including final invoice processing, property disposition, and documentation.
- Conduct thorough reviews of contract deliverables, financial records, and performance data.
- Identify and resolve any outstanding issues or discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit all required closeout documentation to the government.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all closeout activities.
- Collaborate with program managers, contracting officers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth closeout process.
- Stay abreast of relevant regulations and best practices in contract closeout.
