As a Business Program Manager, you will play a critical role in orchestrating and managing various strategic and operational initiatives to ensure seamless project execution and optimal marketing performance. This dynamic position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve key business objectives.
What You’ll Do
Weekly Calls :
- Own meeting invites and rescheduling.
- Lead project walkthroughs during stand-up calls.
- Record meeting notes, manage workbacks, and record action items.
- Prepare all stand-up meeting notes and ensure regular archival.

Compensation : Prime 8 uses different pay ranges based on level of position, relevant experience, and specific candidate location. The pay range for this role is between $50 and $55 per hour (based on full-time employment), plus employee benefits.
