Program Manager – Corporate Commute Programs

Location: Seattle/Bellevue, WA

Prime 8 Consulting is seeking an experienced Program Manager for a short-term opportunity to work on a commute team to help deliver innovative and impactful transportation solutions.

What You’ll Do

As a Program Manager, you will run point on setting up a corporate commute program. You’ll work collaboratively to optimize transportation services, ensure program success, and foster strong client relationships. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine analytical expertise with strategic oversight, ensuring a seamless and efficient commuting experience for thousands of riders.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Oversight: Lead the development, execution, and optimization of corporate commute solutions, ensuring alignment with program objectives.

• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze ridership, parking, GIS, and other program data to inform operational changes and drive efficiencies.

• Field Engagement: Spend time on-site to understand the commuter experience and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Strategic Recommendations: Develop and present actionable insights and program updates through reports and presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Operational Collaboration: Partner with Operations to align service delivery, training, and performance excellence.

• Technology Utilization: Leverage transportation management software, rider apps, and dashboards to enhance program visibility and functionality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program, project, or operational management roles, preferably in transportation or commute programs.

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and transportation-related technologies.

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences.

• A track record of identifying opportunities, implementing solutions, and achieving measurable results.

• Familiarity with Transportation Demand Management (TDM) concepts and practices is a plus.

• Must be able to work on site in both Seattle and Redmond offices.

Compensation: Prime 8 uses different pay ranges based on level of position, relevant experience and specific candidate location. The pay range for this role is between $ 55-60 per hour (based on full time employment), plus employee benefits.
