25.00SUMMARY OVERVIEW The Aircraft Supply Supervisor oversees the daily activity of a specific area and / or team, working closely with the Service Hub Manager. The Aircraft Supply Supervisor will comply with occupational safety and health standards and all rules, regulations, and orders issued pursuant to the OSHA Act of 1970, which are applicable to his own actions and conduct.RESPONSIBILITIES Assist Service Hub Manager in supervising daily operationsAddress operational issues and concerns in a timely mannerSupervise cabin prep team to ensure operational excellence and quality customer serviceEducate and enforce best practices, company policies, and service standardsComplete daily, weekly, and monthly audits aligned by Service Hub ManagerMaintain and adjust to PAR levels of stock to ensure zero outagesMaintain the company assets to ensure they are compliant with state mandates and maintenance completedMaintain and ensure all training for the team is compliant and kept up to dateAssist in interviewing, recruiting, training, and work assignmentsPerform quality and safety inspections to promote a clean, safe work environmentGenerate any operational reports for management, as needed / requestedBring their “A” game every day with energy and enthusiasm, respect for their team, and the highest regard for safetyMay be assigned other duties as requiredQUALIFICATIONS 18 years of age or olderEligible to work in the United StatesHigh School Diploma or equivalentDemonstrated minimum of 1 year of operations experienceIntermediate / Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookMust have a valid state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving recordAbility to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, to include documentsAbility to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices including iPads / Tablets, Computers, and Mobile DevicesEffectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic meansPass a background check and drug screenEligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal - as applicable)Airlines are 24 / 7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidaysTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential requirement satisfactorily.
