The Company: Prime Auto USA is an independent used car dealership located in Jackson, TN with a full sales team, finance team, client success team and service team with a total of just under 50 employees and selling just under 100 cars per month. We provide automotive reconditioning to cars that are being prepared to sell including an initial cosmetic intake process and subsequent 80 point inspection followed by on-going repairs with the purchase of our VSC vehicle service contract and customer pay work. Job Description: Client Success Specialist

Overview:

As a Client Success Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with our clients while effectively managing and resolving collection-related matters. This position involves a combination of communication, negotiation, and administrative tasks to ensure timely payments and resolution of outstanding accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to clients with past due accounts to collect payment, provide assistance, and address inquiries.
• Handle inbound calls from clients seeking information about their accounts, resolving concerns, and assisting with payment processing.
• Collaborate with insurance companies to verify coverage, process claims, and obtain necessary information for account resolution.
• Efficiently manage insurance claims related to outstanding balances, coordinating with clients, insurers, and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Interface with repossession companies, coordinating the repossession process when necessary, and maintaining clear communication throughout the procedure.
• Maintain meticulous records of all interactions, payment arrangements, and actions taken to resolve accounts.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing clients' questions, concerns, and inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Collaborate to develop strategies for improving collection rates and minimizing delinquent accounts.
• Adhere to company policies, regulations, and compliance standards throughout the collections process.
• Cashier at the payment window
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in collections, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and standard office software.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations with composure and professionalism.
• Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
• Familiarity with insurance processes, claims, and regulations is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience with repossession procedures and working with repossession companies is a bonus.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and effectively manage multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
