The Company: Prime Auto USA is an independent used car dealership located in Jackson, TN with a full sales team, finance team, client success team and service team with a total of just under 50 employees and selling just under 100 cars per month. We provide automotive reconditioning to cars that are being prepared to sell including an 80 point inspection as well as on-going repairs with our VSC-Vehicle Service Contract and customer pay work. Job Description:
A Sales Specialist is someone that has shown proficiency in Sales, meets requirements and has 2 years experience:
- Build your own brand for which people know you.
- Demonstrated ability to independently overcome most objections and close the sale.
- Increased proficiency in generating additional and higher quality leads.
- Master understanding on how to temper customer expectations.
- Assist junior sales specialists as a mentor from time to time to have success.
It is typical for the Sales Specialist to complete the following work daily:
- Login to Paychex and NEO to report time worked and what work is completed.
- Market for new customers.
- Follow up with current leads and timely and appropriately respond to customers.
- Use marketing activities to identify leads, schedule appointments and follow up with customers until they convert to a sale or the lead goes cold.
- Demonstrate higher capacity for following up on leads and closing deals independently.
Expected Results:
- The activities listed above are to result in:
- Getting a minimum of 30-100 leads per week.
- Scheduling a minimum 15-50 appointments per week.
- Converting a minimum of 3-4 minimum sales per week, on average
- Equaling a minimum of 15 sales per month

Ideal Requirements for Employment:
- Minimum of 2 years relatable experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Some college or a college degree is preferred, not required.
- Marketing and Sales experience is a BIG plus.
- Demonstrated use of social media.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to call, text and speak with customers in person.
- Reasonable abilities utilizing technology the company utilizes.
- A demonstrated history of success in your endeavors.
