Panel Builder – Full Time
JOB OVERVIEW
The selected candidate will be responsible for the physical assembly, wiring, and testing for control panels from design prints. The selected candidate must possess strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and within a team. Additionally, the selected candidate will be required to build panels efficiently and with a start to finish mentality

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Read electrical backplate drawings and schematics
- Mount/assemble backplate components
- Cutting/stripping/crimping/terminating control panel wiring
- Troubleshoot panels during power-up testing
- Provide As-Built updates after completion of build
- Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Able to effectively communicate changes with team leads and project managers
- Strong attention to detail to produce quality builds
- Able to meet deadlines under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Other miscellaneous tasks as needed
REQUIRED TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
The selected candidate should demonstrate applied knowledge with several technical qualifications:
- Read electrical schematics
- Use of hand tools and power tools related to the position (drills, jigsaws, etc)
- Control panel building experience required
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Self-disciplined and accountable
- The team member will possess a willingness to listen, learn, and ask questions to enhance their applied knowledge within the automation industry

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- 2 – 4 years working in the controls industry
- Electrical panel build / assembly experience
