Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, energetic and sales focused Branch Manager to lead our Edwardsville team. The Branch Manager will be pivotal in driving sales, optimizing operations, and ensuring that customers receive extraordinary service in our high-traffic retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversees opening and closing procedures for the store
- Manages a team of 8-10 associates
- Creates employee schedule two weeks in advance
- Verifies employee clock in/out times and prepares payroll
- Sets goals and monitors achievements
- Cash handling/deposits handled accurately with precision
- Upholds Prime Bins' commitment to providing exceptional customer service by ensuring that all customers receive prompt assistance, accurate information, and personalized attention
- Oversees all aspects of the store including inventory management, merchandise processing and facility maintenance
- Implements and enforces company policies, procedures, and safety standards to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.
- Trains new employees and cross trains existing employees
- Manages inventory levels
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a high-traffic retail environment.
- Strong leadership abilities
- Sales first mindset
- Solid understanding of profit loss management principles.
- Cash handling precision
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising principles, and sales techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and situations.
- Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
