Duties
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and purchases
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key features and benefits
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and surrounding areas
- Assist in stocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
- Supervise and train new cashiers as needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail sales, cashiering, or related customer service roles is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Proficiency in handling cash transactions and operating POS systems
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette skills for handling customer inquiries
- Flexibility to work in a team environment and adapt to varying tasks throughout the day
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
