Prime Bins is a fast-paced liquidation retail store offering incredible deals on a wide range of products. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to help lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise and motivate staff to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
- Handle cash transactions, perform register audits, and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
- Oversee inventory management, stock organization, and warehouse operations (warehouse experience is a plus).
- Train and develop team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company policies.
- Assist with merchandising, pricing, and product placement for optimal sales.
- Resolve customer inquiries and handle any escalations professionally.
Requirements:
- Previous retail and leadership experience required (minimum 1-2 years in a supervisory role).
- Strong cash handling experience – register operations and POS.
- Warehouse and inventory management experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
