Business Development Responsibilities:
• Active prospecting of new clients through phone calls, emails, and on-site visits.
• Qualifying leads according to the company’s established criteria.
• Scheduling and conducting both in-person and virtual meetings with clients.
• Presenting Prime Building Solutions services, highlighting competitive advantages.
• Preparing and sending commercial proposals.
• Negotiating contracts and finalizing sales.
• Properly updating the CRM systems provided by the company to keep track of leads and other information.
• Providing post-sales follow-up and maintaining client relationships.
• Conducting walk-throughs at client locations to assess needs and propose customized solutions.
• Filling out daily reports about: o Number of leads served and generated that day. o Number of kilometers driven and visits made.
• Being responsible for the equipment and vehicles made available by the company, ensuring: o Proper use and preservation of materials. o Compliance with safety standards and equipment/vehicle maintenance.
Required Skills:
• Experience in B2B sales (preferably in services). • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Negotiation and persuasion ability. • Basic knowledge of CRM (HubSpot or similar). • Capacity to work with goals and under pressure. • Organization and planning for follow-ups and client management. Tasks to Be Performed: • Make a minimum number of daily phone calls and emails for prospecting. • Schedule and participate in both in-person and virtual client meetings. • Update lead information and statuses in HubSpot CRM. • Conduct detailed walk-throughs to determine client needs. • Manage contracts and ensure follow-up to convert leads into clients. • Complete daily reports with information on visits, leads, and travel distances. • Take care of the equipment and vehicles provided by the company. Success Metrics • Conversion Rate: Number of confirmed appointments compared to the total calls made. • Contact Quality: Client feedback on the approach used. • Script Adherence: Compliance with the company’s communication guidelines.
