Part time Office Cleaner

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to join our team. The locations would be the same office off of Kelly Blvd. to be cleaned on Tuesdays and Thursdays and two separate insurance offices on Wednesday evenings.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment in our office facilities. This role is essential for ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors alike. The Office Cleaner will perform various cleaning tasks, including custodial duties, floor care, and general maintenance of the premises.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming office spaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and waxing to ensure surfaces are well-maintained.
- Handle industrial cleaning tasks as required, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or issues to management.
- Provide porter services as needed to support the movement of supplies or equipment within the office.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used properly and stored safely after use.

Skills
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices and procedures in both commercial and residential settings.
- Experience in facilities maintenance is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in floor care techniques including buffing and polishing.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting or moving items as necessary.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.85 - $16.85 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 7 per week
