Objectives: The Director of Business Intelligence is responsible for the vision, leadership and strategic direction of Prime Capital Financial business intelligence systems and tools for structuring, organizing, storing, retrieving, analyzing, and reporting data. The Director of Business Intelligence is directly responsible for leadership, technical development, reporting and key organizational initiatives that promote the use of data by end-users across the company through self-service solutions and compelling visualizations. This role will leverage data to promote progressive ways of thinking and facilitate alignment of the business intelligence function to the corporate strategy and business evolution.

Responsibilities:
- Become a trusted partner to advisors and executives while educating them on the value of business intelligence solutions and best practices and how to use them successfully.
- Bring people together; partner with business leaders, subject-matter experts, and advisors in order to coordinate business processes, analyze efforts, and develop methods for capturing and maintaining shared business data and analytics work products to promote reuse by multiple stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide information model that contains current and future data requirements for internal and external customers.
- Research industry trends, business practices, data sources and develop recommendations to meet future business needs.
- Envision future uses of data and work with impacted areas regarding what enterprise-wide information should be captured, where it is maintained and who should have access.
- Provide consultative advice to the business on tools, best practice and vendor activities in the Analytics arena.
- Implement Business Intelligence governance for the organization and drive consensus around metric standardization.
- Establish long-term and short-term priorities for enterprise-wide analytics and business intelligence deployment.
- Identify new sources of data and transform it into actionable information that brings value.
- Develop implementation strategies for the collection of new data through platform integrations.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of corporate strategies, business operations, information requirements, and priorities.
- Improve the quality of reporting by creating easy to follow dashboards that key stakeholders will utilize to make informed business decisions.
- Assist team members in building datasets and visualizations to help advance team goals forward.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field required
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business or Economics preferred
- 1 years of Domo/Tableau and Salesforce required
- 3 years of experience managing analytics, informatics, or business intelligence required
- 3 years of experience in working with data warehouses, data marts and supporting tools required
- 3 years of project management experience working on major development projects required
- 3 years of management experience demonstrating competency in strategic thinking and leadership with strong relationship management; competency in developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems preferred
- Experience in business process re-engineering or process improvements utilization tools and techniques to affect business change preferred
