Prime has nearly 200 Advisors and nearly 400 total Team members serving clients nationwide in its 60 offices across the country. Prime operates primarily through 3 brands; Prime Wealth serves over 15,000 individual wealth management households and provides a full array of services from financial planning to investment management. Prime Retirement provides retirement plan consulting services to over 800 employers across the nation. Prime Wellness provides financial wellness, education and asset management services to retirement participants and data analytics to employers.


Position Overview

Prime Capital Financial has increased its marketing efforts to prospective wealth management clients and is in the process of implementing additional lead generation strategies. In advance of the expected response to our increased marketing efforts and lead generation strategies, we are creating an inside sales team to drive revenue growth through prospecting and converting opportunities into clients. As Inside Sales Manager, this role will work closely the Chief Growth Officer, the Marketing Team, the Salesforce Team and Advisors to ensure a seamless sales process from prospect to client. This newly created position will lead the formation and management of this function within Prime.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement an effective, efficient and scalable lead qualification and conversion process for incoming prospective client inquiries

o Create, test and provide continuous improvement of phone scripts for prospective client lead

intake opportunities

o Establish a lead qualification framework to ensure a focus on high-value prospects

o Collaborate with Advisors to convert qualified leads into clients

  • Track and report on key performance metrics (KPI’s) such as calls, meetings, conversions and sales cycle times to ensure sales goals are met

o Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimized

strategies

o Regularly prepare and present reports on lead conversion activities and opportunities to improve

overall performance


  • Work closely with the Marketing Team and Salesforce Team to implement systems and tools to track pipeline, leads, and prospects; Salesforce tracking and HubSpot campaigns to nurture unconverted prospects
  • Lead the formation and management of the Inside Sales Function within the Prime Capital Organization

o Phase II – Outbound sales lead generation opportunity development

  • High standard of professionalism, ethics, and integrity


Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree in an analytical discipline preferred
  • 5 years of work experience in a similar capacity in financial services
  • Significant experience and understanding of the financial markets and investing
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate complex matters in a convincing manner to diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with Technology; Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
  • Series 65 license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
