JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Hours : flexible ranging from 4–16-hour shifts
  • Special Needs Nursing Facility
  • Ensure comfort and health maintenance through routine assessments, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring
  • Observe residents for changes in condition, and promptly report any significant findings
  • Maintain clear, respectful communication with residents’ families and the interdisciplinary care team

    • REQUIREMENTS :

  • At least one year of experience
  • Active Nursing License
  • BLS Certification
  • TB skin test (current; within 1 year)
  • Cleared background check.
