Duties
- Receive and log service requests from clients and schedule deliveries.
- Communicate with drivers to provide routing instructions and updates.
- Monitor vehicle locations and status throughout the delivery process.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities and communications.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency.
- Adhere to safety and company policies at all times.
Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in logistics or related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish are required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with dispatch software (DISPATCH TRACK) is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
- Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
