Shift Leader

Job description

Under the direction of the theatre management team, the Shift Lead is responsible for providing support to management as it relates to theatre efficiencies, staff communication and meeting daily goals. A shift lead may serve as a primary point of contact for guest concerns and assist with other team related tasks such as: coaching, training, and policy enforcement. The primary role for this position is to lead the team in order to create an efficient and positive work environment while enhancing the experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of up to 10 employees
Provide customer service that enhances the customers experience.
Communicate with customers and team members about policies and procedures.
Effectively lead team members in all tasks and shift responsibilities.
Provide leadership during customer disputes, equipment failure, or other challenges.
Manage equipment, point of sale systems and inventory procedures under the direction of General Manager.
Utilize point of sale systems to sell tickets and concessions .
Complete cash transactions and end of shift reports.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older
1-2 years experience in customer service

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
