Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Healthcare Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our business growth initiatives through strategic marketing and sales campaigns. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and creating marketing strategies that align with the organization’s goals in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase clients and revenue.
- Identify and secure new partnerships with providers, payers, and community organizations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular forecasting reports to leadership.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the organization and build a network.
Marketing:
- Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, in-person) to promote services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce promotional materials, patient education tools, and provider resources.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify customer needs and competitive positioning.
- Manage the organization’s online presence including website content, SEO, and social media.
- Measure ROI of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–5 years of proven experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong understanding of healthcare delivery models, including value-based care and managed care.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, data analytics tools, and marketing platforms.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with physician practices, health systems, or payers.
- Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid models, CMS programs, or healthcare transformation initiatives.
- Creative problem-solving with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Contract Duration
- 3 month contract
- may be extended depending on successful onboarding of new clients
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Pay: $30.94 - $37.05 per hour
