Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care :
- Perform rooming procedures, administer immunizations, injections, and medications as directed.
- Collect laboratory specimens, perform phlebotomy, and assist with clinic laboratory tests.
- Provide telephone support and facilitate communication between customers and providers.
- Support prescription refills and assist with prior authorizations.
- Perform x-ray duties (if certified as an x-ray operator).
