Duties
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, utilizing tools such as Lever and Taleo to streamline operations.
- Develop and implement workforce management strategies to optimize staffing levels and employee performance.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and assist in the development of job descriptions.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Oversee affirmative action planning initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide guidance on talent management strategies.
- Maintain accurate employee records using HR management systems such as Paychex.
- Assist in project management related to HR initiatives, ensuring timely execution and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in human resources, with a strong focus on recruiting and talent management.
- Familiarity with HR software tools such as Lever, Taleo, and Paychex is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of workforce management principles and affirmative action planning.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating initiative.
