Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing various HR functions, including workforce management, recruiting, and talent management. You will be responsible for implementing HR policies and programs that align with our organizational goals while ensuring compliance with affirmative action planning and other regulations.

Duties

• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, utilizing tools such as Lever and Taleo to streamline operations.
• Develop and implement workforce management strategies to optimize staffing levels and employee performance.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and assist in the development of job descriptions.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Oversee affirmative action planning initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide guidance on talent management strategies.
• Maintain accurate employee records using HR management systems such as Paychex.
• Assist in project management related to HR initiatives, ensuring timely execution and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in human resources, with a strong focus on recruiting and talent management.
• Familiarity with HR software tools such as Lever, Taleo, and Paychex is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of workforce management principles and affirmative action planning.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating initiative.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,505.00 - $39,126.00 per year
