Job Description:
As a Mortgage Operations Specialist (Fresher), you will be involved in assisting with the processing and servicing of mortgage loans. You will work closely with the mortgage team, helping to ensure that all loan-related documentation is processed accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves handling various aspects of the mortgage lifecycle, from initial application through to the disbursement of funds and loan servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
Loan Processing: Assist in the processing of mortgage loan applications, ensuring that all necessary documentation is collected and properly filed.
Data Entry: Accurately enter customer and loan data into the company's mortgage software systems.
Document Management: Ensure that all required loan documents are prepared, reviewed, and filed according to regulatory standards and company policies.
Customer Communication: Communicate with customers and internal teams to gather necessary information and clarify documentation.
Compliance and Quality Control: Assist in ensuring that all mortgage transactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
System Maintenance: Update and maintain mortgage-related records and databases to ensure accuracy.
Customer Support: Address customer inquiries regarding their mortgage applications, status, and documentation requirements.
Collaboration: Work with underwriters, loan officers, and other team members to ensure timely and efficient processing of loans.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $45,000.00 per year
