What You Will Do
Prepare and submit Certified Payroll Reports and Statements of Compliance weekly. The role also includes assisting with internal and external audits related to payroll. Monthly Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) reporting. As needed, serve as a backup to regular payroll processing.

A Typical Day at Prime Controls
- Process weekly certified reporting for construction employees (union and nonunion).
- Ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
- Prepare and submit Certified Payroll Reports and Statements of Compliance.
- Assist with internal and external audits related to payroll.
- Remain updated on federal and state certified payroll reporting to ensure compliance.
- Prepare and distribute accurate certified payroll reports.
- Act as backup to timesheet approvals.
The Basic
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years of construction payroll reporting experience including certified payroll
- Strong knowledge of the Davis-Bacon Act and related labor laws.
- Proficient in major payroll software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
