What You Will DoAs a Corporate Recruiter for Prime Controls, you will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top technical talent to support our growing project needs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong understanding of the technical recruiting landscape, and is passionate about connecting people with the right opportunities. You will manage full-cycle recruiting efforts with a particular emphasis on engineering, automation, and industrial controls roles.
A Typical Day at Prime Controls
- Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process for technical roles, from job posting to offer acceptance
- Actively source candidates through multiple platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess technical qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with Prime Controls’ values
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand roles using innovative sourcing techniques
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and project needs
- Create compelling job postings and support branding efforts through targeted social media and recruiting campaigns
- Manage and present job offers, including salary recommendations and negotiation
- Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) for requisition and candidate management
- Communicate clearly with candidates and hiring teams throughout the interview process
- Ensure recruiting practices are compliant with EEO, ADA, and company policies
What You Will Bring
The Basic
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical positions
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred)
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Familiarity with recruiting in mid-to-large sized organizations
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across departments
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records and documentation
The Preferred
- Experience recruiting in engineering, construction, automation, or industrial controls environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
