Analyst, Real Estate Development Michigan and FL

Overview
We are looking for a site selection Real Estate Analyst to support our broker team. In this role, you will be responsible for site selection market research, analyzing property data, and providing options for apartment development and investments. The ideal candidate loves to be on computer to sift through public data with a passion for the real estate industry.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in Michigan and Florida real estate sector.
• Evaluate property opportunities through comparative analysis.
• Prepare detailed site and zoning reports and presentations that summarize findings and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Monitor aprtment news in FL and MI to find opportunities in real estate markets.
• Utilize advanced analytical tools and software to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
• Stay updated on zoning laws and market conditions to inform investment decisions.

Requirements

• Student or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and GIS systems preferred.
• Knowledge of real estate principles and practices is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey findings effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
