Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and Technician to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory tests and analyses to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Duties
- Conduct various laboratory tests, including DNA isolation and assays, to provide accurate results for clinical evaluations.
- Monitor and record vital signs as part of patient assessments.
- Perform CT scans and assist in the interpretation of imaging results.
- Ensure proper data management practices are followed, maintaining accurate records of laboratory findings.
- Utilize data analysis skills to evaluate test results and identify any anomalies.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies, ensuring all tools are calibrated and functioning correctly.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to discuss test results and contribute to patient care plans.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean laboratory environment.
Skills
- Proficiency in DNA isolation techniques and assay procedures.
- Strong understanding of vital signs monitoring and clinical laboratory practices.
- Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information accurately.
- Experience with laboratory management systems and data management tools.
- Knowledge of flow cytometry techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of laboratory work.
