We are seeking an experienced Owner’s Representative (Owner’s Rep) / Construction Project Manager to oversee a one-time commercial renovation project in Johns Creek, GA. This project is for a high-profile brand and involves the transformation of a large commercial property into a multi-functional space, including a flagship retail store, warehouse distribution center, and corporate office. The Owner’s Rep will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of this project, maintaining brand integrity, and optimizing functionality across all spaces.

Responsibilities
✅ Act as the owner’s advocate, ensuring contractors follow the agreed scope, materials, and timeline.

✅ Review change orders, invoices, and cost estimates to prevent budget overruns.
✅ Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and safety regulations.
✅ Work closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues.
✅ Provide regular updates and recommendations on efficiency and cost savings.
Qualifications
✅ Experience in construction management, Owner’s Rep roles, or project management.
✅ Experience in commercial renovations, tenant improvements, or ground-up construction.
✅ Strong understanding of contracts, value engineering, and cost control.
✅ Familiarity with local regulations and permitting in Georgia.
